Add rating based rewards funtionality to Utopian.io
In the main Utopian.io site, the contributions are rewarded based on certain requirments. If a contribution matches a lot of requirments, it is voted with very high voting power. But moderators sometimes approve posts that are violating one or multiple rules.
Take for example, this post posted in the tag Utopian-io. The post has a lot of text that aren't related to the contribution. The post starts with the following paragraph:
It has been an exciting week for me contributing on utopian.io. For those of you who do not know, Utopian.io is a revolutionary platform that rewards you with upvotes from Utopian Bot and brings your work in front of the awesome members of Utopian community.
With the advent of visionary projects like utopian.io, I am super excited about the direction steem blockchain has taken. I believe it to be the logical step forward in the evolutionary journey of our favorite blockchain.
A lot of praise for Utopian but the actual post is about steemit. Not at all related to the contribution. The next few paragraphs are also not related:
The post also added "Upvote, Comment and Follow !!" at the end which is against Utopian rules. But despite this, his submission was accepted by Utopian moderators.
This made it quite clear to me that Utopian.io needs to improve its moderation process. Or else, those who contribute exellent content will get less in rewards. My proposal is about adding a rate dropdown button in the top of a post beside the verify button. The rating option is only for verified contributions and rank them based on how good they are. The ones that are better will rank higher.
Suggested dropdown menu options:
Exellent. This is for posts that are well righted with no grammar or farmatting issues, to the point with no unnecessary information and have not broken any rules. Posts that benefit the dev could also be considered for this category. +10% in rewards.
Poorly written. Post that are written with poor grammer and has multiple spelling issues. -10% voting rewards.
Contains unnecessary info. Posts that have three or more lines of info unrelated to the post. -10% voting rewards.
Automated votes. Posts that are receiving votes from steemvoter or other automated bots. -10% voting rewards.
The above suggestion are a demo. If the Utopian admin agrees with it, I am open to discuss about it in discord.

@littleboy I must read this idea in more details later. The moderator you are talking about has been paused today already because he had some issues understanding the new requirements. Also you are breaking a rule here that is about direct mentions of steemit users and post should not contain defamation, a rule that you have suggested. While I believe this is not defamation in the real meaning, i think this hurts and you can get to your point without having to mention anyone. Please edit the post and would be accepted. Thanks
