Today's opportunity I @lingkar-photo, I want to share my post in the #Steemingcommunity community, and raise the theme of the post that I want to discuss here: "Do this activity for the sake of maintaining physical and mental health?....."

A healthy physique is something that many people really want. How not, if the body is stricken with disease, of course you will not be able to move freely. Unfortunately, not a few people pay attention to health.

Feeling too comfortable with the activity that is being undertaken, even not too busy can cause you to fall ill. A healthy state of mind also needs to be maintained as well as physical health. Because, a mind that is disturbed by stress can overcome physical conditions.

Likewise, when physically attacked by illness, the mind becomes restless and feels uncomfortable. Therefore, try to get used to doing some of the following activities for the sake of maintaining your physical and mental health.

1). Do exercise regularly.

Make exercise a top priority and live it with commitment without missing a day. Choose any type of exercise that you like, whether it's strenuous exercise such as lifting weights, aerobics with lots of active movements or yoga to train balance.

Regular exercise activities carried out every day will make the body more fit. A fit body will make it easier for you to enjoy life.

Believe it or not, an active / fit body condition will make you look and feel better than before, as well as reduce the risk of disease. Healthy body, calm mind.

2). Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.

Water helps distribute nutrients in the body, regulates body temperature, facilitates digestion, cleanses toxins in the body while keeping the skin healthy.

Not drinking enough water will dehydrate the body, causing headaches, weakness and dizziness.

In fact, drinking lots of water will help the liver function to remove toxins from the body. Therefore, it is very important to get used to drinking lots of water, at least 8-10 glasses per day.

In addition, the body with adequate water intake will make the mind more calm and away from stress.

3). Consume lots of fruits.

The content of fiber, vitamins and antioxidants in fruits provide good nutrition for the body. For that, consume at least one type of fruit in the morning.

Choose fruits that provide a lot of energy for the body, such as apples, bananas, oranges and melons. You can also mix fruit with oatmeal or make fruit as a filling for white bread for a more filling breakfast.

Consumption of fruit in the morning is also able to maximize the absorption of nutrients by the body from the food eaten.

A perfect day starts with a good morning routine, right? Consumption of fruit in the morning will create a good atmosphere as a good start to live the day.

So, breakfast with fruit is the right choice to increase stamina and enthusiasm in the morning.

4). Breathe fresh air in the morning.

Every morning, take the time to get out of the house for a while to breathe fresh air before doing activities. Compared to during the day, in the morning there are not many motorized vehicles passing by so the air is still not contaminated with pollution.

The fresh air in the morning will create a good atmosphere and be more enthusiastic for the day's activities that you will live. On the other hand, high oxygen levels in the morning are also very good for your health, especially for the respiratory tract.

Let's improve the quality of life by maintaining physical and mental health. So that the mind is calmer in planning for the future.
