My Dimsum Day!
After 7 long years, my college buddies decided to have a get-together. We've always been a fan of good Chinese food so there's no better way to celebrate our mini-reunion but to dine at one of the newest Dimsum craze in town --- Tim Ho Wan!!!
Tim Ho Wan is a popular Chinese Dimsum resto from Hongkong. It now has several branches all around the world.
Are you a fan of Chinese Dimsum??? If you are then you are definitely in the right place!!!
To have an idea of what Tim Ho Wan has to offer, here are some of the dishes we ordered:
Pork dumpling
Spare ribs with black bean sauce
Fried tofu with pork floss
Spinach dumpling with shrimp
Prawn dumpling
Poached greens with oyster sauce
Glutinous rice in lotus leaf
Pork buns
These are some of the dishes we ordered. My favorites include the prawn dumpling and spare ribs with black bean sauce. I didn't try the tofu but my friends told me it tastes good as well.

Ive bee there and i gotta say, their pork buns are the bomb!! The dumplings are so-so but the buns are my favorite. The mix of sweetness of the filling and starchiness of the bun is a great combination.
