My Actifit Report Card: May 18 2020

The weather was nice but I did not do that many steps today. I think it is good to keep your activity level lower once in awhile, to recover a bit and allow your body to rest.

I did manage to do a short nine basket disc golf round with my son this evening. We were using three discs from each other's collection.

I had some difficulty with his discs and didn't score as well as I usually do. He played well with my disc's and won the round.

Here's a picture I took today with the new flower and puppy:

You can't see the puppy too well but he is in the background. Things are setup well for him to get some outside time while I read at the table in the shade on the porch.

The neighbors like to come by and visit us.

The garden is growing well so far and the grass is growing fast. It is just about the right amount of sunlight and rain for things to green up and grow fast.

I'm going to need to do some serious yard work soon to keep the weeds down and the blackberries trimmed back.
