My Actifit Report Card: October 14 2019

I played eighteen basket of disc golf today and rode my e-bike for a short way. I met someone on the course and we played together. I think it is fun that you can meet someone you don't know and play a game.

After the first nine baskets he wanted to play the back nine so we did that too. It is a bit more challenging way to play the same course and includes a few par four baskets. (I'm not that familiar with which are considered par four though.)

I ended up winning both games but I'm not sure what exactly the score was. It was pretty close and we both had fun.

I'm thinking about playing one of the more challenging courses tomorrow but it will depend on the weather and how I feel.

I went out in the garden today and the vines were all frozen from the recent frost. I found these two small squash by the frozen vine. It is a good thing that there are other people who are better at producing squash.

I thought the squash made a nice picture. There is a Lobster Mushroom that we got from the store in the picture too:

Here's a close-up of the bottom of the Lobster Mushroom it is kind of an interesting looking texture:

It is the first time I've tried this mushroom. The texture is nice and firm. It does not have much of a distinctive flavor but it does taste good.

I like to try different things out once in a while. This mushroom was harvested locally around here somewhere and we purchased it in the local co-op.
