A NEED FOR THE FORMATION OF STEEMJET BAND

Hey Man, hope you're doing good? You once told me that I see many steps ahead, here am i again with this idea of mine which I need your help to execute.

We have Steemjet records, how about a Steemjet Musical band? Oh yes, I am for real. You may be asking what will this band do? How will it operate? Can this be possible? Well it will reduce the cost of everyone requesting for funds to get gears, it will make the music FUN for what it's known for. Everything being in the right proportions, nothing is IMPOSSIBLE. I will give a rundown now and more detailed explanation once the initiative is funded.

WHAT IS STEEMJET MUSICAL BAND?

Steemjet Musical band is a group of talented instrumentalists/musicians who come together to produce quality music could be rock music e.t.c, this group could also serve as an Acapella group; a group of musicians who sing together without the use of instruments, mostly using their mouth and parts of their money to produce sound. This will depend on the event. Music is fun. And one of the best parts about creating band is that you give people the opportunity to do what they love every single day without getting exhausted.

MODUS OPERANDI

The band will operate under a band agreement/contract, It is hard to get four or five musicians with individual lives to commit to each other and the musical project. One band member who is never available to rehearse or do shows can kill a band. This "contract" will offer some protection for what a member can do with the name, payment, ownership of songs, equipment, etc. The band will have a practice place where everyone would meet up to do music and probably make videos during practice, we could rent a place or use any quiet place around a school environment for our music activities. A bandleader will be appointed, he will be the one in charge of activities related to the music group. Every practice video will be made public, the group will be very transparent and committed in every of their activities. The band will consist of 5 members who live very close to each other to break barriers, more people will be added to the band after our debut (remember our audience is the blockchain at large).

WHAT WE NEED TO START UP THIS BAND

To kickstart activities with this music band, we are going to be needing the following;

• Musical instruments e.g guitar (Acoustic and electric), drumset, keyboard.

• A practice space

• Microphones

• Amplifiers

• Electric Organs

• Cameras and other gears

TEAM MEMBERS

For now the team will consist of the following people.

@simonmaven (SF 5) - Singer and drummer.

@uprisingchris(No SF) - Guitarist

@lifeofdarlington (SF1) - Songwriter

@kvng1 (SF1) - Co-songwriter, editor and singer

@skito (No SF) - Videographer

I will like @uprisingchris and @skito to be added into any of the space force so we can balance equations.

FUNDS

The project will be needing an initial funding of 4000 Steem to get started and show the community what they can offer. Immediately, the project is funded, the team will be commence work on their debut video at least with some good gears not some blur camera.
