Colors in photography - Blue

Hello dear @steem.skillshare friends,

In photography, as in any other visual art, forms, compositions and colors are very important, and it is worth to spend few words around a specific color, that in my humble opinion is very central in photography.

As you could easily understand from the post title, I would like to write a bit about the color BLUE, that in photography is very significant.

I need to be a bit more precise, because BLUE is important for outdoor and panoramic photography, in studio is a different story.

Why Blue is so important

Blue is the color of the clear sky, so it is a symbol for peace and quiet.

Instinctively it inspires trust and security, on a subconscious level it reminds us of good weather and water, therefore situations in which our life is not in danger, on the contrary, it is safe and comfortable.

In photography, it inspires peace, it is therefore advisable to use it in panoramic shots, which want to relax the observer. Blue is a cool color and complemented by orange.
