Happy weekend day to everyone. Hope everyone has good health and good condition. Despite all of our challenges in life due to pandemics and to the disaster that happens to my place. I hope that everyone can eat three times a day as a complete meal to all Filipinos. Today I want to share my complete meal of the day. # Breakfast

I wake up early in the morning to go to work early. Since I was far away from my workplace, I woke up as early as 4:00 in the morning. I prepare my breakfast foods. Since it was too early, I only eat a cup of coffee and a slice of fish with rice. It was my breakfast foods that make my stomach in the morning. It is important to eat our breakfast so that we can work with energy and can finish our work with good quality. After the typhoon, our electricity supply was stopped and we are only using a lamp or the flashlight on our phone when we eat.

Lunch

During our Lunch break, I always eat in our canteen. I bring a cup of rice and a slice of fish that came from our house. Then I buy one order of pinakbet. It was composed of different kind of vegetables that is good for our body.

Together with my workmates, we enjoyed eating our lunch. I spent only 20 pesos on my vegetable dish.

Dinner

After my work, I go home to my place. I prepare food for our dinner. My sister buys a chicken. Grill and I cook a seafood called thong. I eat together with my family. We share this food and enjoy eating the food that we prepare. It is important to eat together with your family and share a story at the table. This is one of the bonding moments that we can share with our family.
