Florida Steem Meetup Is Tomorrow! - Saint Petersburg / Sarasota - Rideshares + Lodging + Potential Day 2-3 Plans
Jerry initially planned a 3 day meetup in Saint Petersburg, 8/10-8/12, including a meetup on the first day, beach day on the second, and possibly Busch Gardens on the third. Unfortunately, I think he may have underestimated the time involved in setup, or overestimated the demand (attendance) for it.
I would like to maintain the option of this plan for those who are interested.
Here's what I can offer:
A meeting place in Saint Petersburg with a pool and shower.
Possible lodging for some meetup attendees without violent allergies to dogs.
Busch Gardens Annual pass benefits (free parking, 50% off tickets, park discounts).
Knowledge of Saint Pete and the beach. (former lifeguard / AHA heart card, etc)
A couple of cars/bikes.
3 days of dedication.
Big dogs.
If there is any interest in the above (even only one person), please let me know in the comments here. Furthermore, if you would like anything special to eat/drink for tomorrow, let me know and perhaps I can accommodate you.
I may bring some of the best donuts you've ever had, so if you have a flavor preference, let me know that in the comments too.
If anyone planning on attending Day 1 of the meetup is in need of a ride to/from the Saint Petersburg area, let me know in the comments here. I'm not planning on taking my larger vehicle, but I can if anyone needs help.
Furthermore, if anyone needs a place to crash, let me know and there's a good chance I can help you out.
I'll throw a few games and snacks/drinks and a smartphone tripod into the car for the Meetup tomorrow, but if anyone wants something specific, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Dam bro...That's in only 2 days. I'm here in Atlanta, I would have taken that drive but it might be a little too soon.
Ah, yes, I don't blame you. That's probably a solid 8 hours for you. Sorry, I didn't really think to mention it sooner. I know papa-pepper expressed interest in wanting to come from Arkansas, but I didn't think anyone else would come from out of state. We've had trouble talking people into it who are an hour away.
