How to make grilled octopus or grilled octopus at home, a very easy recipe with a very tasty result.

It is important that they are marked by the grill, we already know that this browning, roasting, makes it a much more tasty snack.
Season lightly with fine salt when the octopus is in the fire, and turn the legs so that they are made all around.

When the octopus made on the grill is to your liking, serve it immediately on the plates, seasoning it with a thread of extra virgin olive oil and dropping some salt flakes. The garnish to accompany the octopus today has been avocado, sweet onion, cilantro and shichimi togarashi, plus a touch of a soft garlic mayonnaise.
