Police are considered to be a vital part of every society that aids to maintain law balance and all other needs of a society to make the society abide rules and become good citizens. What if police don’t perform its jobs? Well, then it will be a very bad situation that will make the society corrupted from each level and a very bad state for any civilization. Even now there are corrupt police offers and even other police officers lack some qualities which can make the society better than its now.

After analyzing the situation in which our today police works on we decided to write upon the qualities that should exist in today’s police to make and every society and this place a better world then it’s today. Here we are going to present our opinion and advice on the qualities we think should exist in the police. Let’s examine what are the qualities that should exist in today’s police;
Strictly following rules
The most important quality most of our police officers lack of is that they don’t follow rules by their selves. A policeman should become a practical example of law-abiding citizens for others to follow him. Police officers should their selves abide all laws

Appropriate way for treating law-breaking pupils
Those who misconduct laws should we just punished but should be treated in a way that makes them good citizens like first asking them reasons for misconduct then punishing them and at last explaining them about the good deeds by their own example. Just treating a lawbreaker rudely and badly makes him a permanent lawbreaker.
No difference to anybody
It seems that police officers usually support rich and famous people and ignore their misconducts. It is a sign of dehumanization and falling society. Police officers should never make any difference while investigations and get their hands on anyone who conducts crime no matter who the person is if he conducts crime he should face consequences.
No favors to corrupted people
Bribes and corrupt people are always given favors for money. It is the worst condition of a civilized society so it is necessary to finish these type of conducts done by police officers by conducting special training programs for police.
Strictly adhered to their duties
No matter what the situation is or the reason occurs if a police officer is on his duty he should not give favor to anybody and strictly follow rules he has learned before joining the police.

If these qualities are developed in our police than our police will become a lot better than today it is and eventually it will lead to a civilized society with law abiding citizens. According to our opinion, these qualities should exist in police and as they will exist in police we will get a world with a new era for what human beings have dreamed of. If we are a police officer we should develop these qualities in ourselves as an example for others to make this world a beautiful place to live in.
That would be an ideal, but it will never be achieved. In fact, police officers are only people and therefore have their weaknesses.
I've met enough people over the course of time who have done things you can't afford to do. Whether it was a company manager, because of whose gambling addiction 50 people now have no job, a priest who preaches one, but drives a 80,000€ car or a policeman who abuses his "power" to get his own advantage.
On the one hand, of course, you're absolutely right with your post, but on the other hand, it will never be 100% correct and you can't expect it. At leastIt would be nice.
Perhaps one day we will have robots as policemen who will solve every problem objectively and neutrally.
However, I am not yet sure whether this is the better way for the future: P

Great subject and good ideas you brought. Here is my take on it.
Police personals must pass a questioner about moral and ethics.
They must be paid very very good.
The system as a whole must be fixed. This is what I usually say about it
if all Hollywood go on strike for 10 thousand years not much would be affected. If garbage bickers, police or fire fighters go on strike for days, federal government will declare martial law. But look at the paycheck difference. We have a lot to learn how we should evaluate /appreciate things
