[SCT] Update News about Basic Compensation Act-Tag (기본소득제)

 Hi Steemians, Update News from SteemCoinpan Engineers about Steam Coinpan Conditional Basic Compensation Act (SCT-UBI)

 First update posting about the compensation act was well sorted in this posting, but to repeat- 'Steem CoinPan' is based on Steam Coin and Steem, and will perform compensation and distribution around the self issued SCT Coin. The minimum SCT staking (about 0.1% of the total available token, which was set to be 502 SCT) is required to be eligible for the basic income upvote. In the future, will provide a variety of investment opportunities to all participants, including stakeholders and curators, in addition to author content and curating rewards.

  Personal thoughts are, it is necessary for users and all steemians in order for the market to grow. I also thought that buying or stocking up merely for basic income is unevitable. The engineers have well shown and answered all the questions and rising problems quickly, they well managed the situation and it looks like they're handling pretty well.
