My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2020
Yesterday, I spent half of the day at the hospital. While sitting in a waiting room, I observed other people. One elderly man fell asleep and started snoring. He looked and sounded hilarious LOL.
In the evening @organduo and I went for a walk. Although it was dark and wet, we had a very nice walk.

Yes, one of my seniors fell asleep while doing harmony exercise. Was very funny the time she woke up and realized where she is 😀😀😀

Haha, it’s not easy to just close your eyes and sleep at a moment’s notice.
