The convid-19 pandemic has generated many changes in various aspects of our daily life and in all ages has affected them in some way. If it is difficult for adults, describing how they usually accept this situation for children is more terrible.

Although it is true in some way and I must speak for my two daughters, they have both endured the confinement in a very good way, however I know that for other children it is not easy. I say this for my nephews.

Since the social confinement began, the order is to remain in our homes to preserve our health, from that moment our life has completely changed, we had to adapt to be able to cope with this situation of confinement each one in our homes.

My sister recently wrote to me saying:

Brother, I'm going to send you a photo of your two nephews so you can see the side effect that this quarantine has caused. Look, they almost walk on the roofs, but since they can't walk on the roof, they are walking on the walls.

The comment that my sister told me on the phone caused me a lot of laughter to see how my two nephews, the 7-year-old boy and the 6-year-old girl, adapted in the best way to have fun, of course my sister is aware that this is a danger immediately after taking the photo made a call to attention and asked them to get down from there.

But it is not the first time that they do it, so my sister must take other measures so that they do not do it anymore, to protect them and in this way the children can have better security.

It is a very big challenge trying to support two children who have a lot of energy and who can be calm is extremely difficult.
My sister told me that in the afternoons she takes the children to a small park that is located within the urbanization, but only when possible due to the rainy season that has already started in the city where they live in southern Venezuela. it is the only way for them to burn all their energies.

It is a great challenge to continue keeping children locked up but we all know that it is for the good of all, one of the best ways to keep our citizens healthy is being at home.
