Characteristics of Leaders

A leader should inspire others with their actions. What the leader does, he should be able to change others as he thinks. People's minds are hard to change, and actions speak louder than words.

A leader needs a sense of presence. That's why everyone listens when everyone speaks. If a leader does not have this effect, it will be much more difficult to lead.

Trust must be in front of the leader. A leader who does not trust himself loses the viewers instantly and becomes a disaster. Confidence can lead a leader when they fail at other levels.
