Last week, the Deped Nurse visited our school for our yearly check up.

So after we distributed the invitations to different stations, we go straight to the ICT Lab for our yearly check up.

We first get our file written our history there and line up. And I am the 15th in the line when I arrived their.

I waited for almost an hour before my turn. When it was already my turn, I forgot that I wasnt able to drink water from 2pm until 5pm. So when the nurse checked me she then told me that I was dehydrated, I only had few water intake that time. And yes, I can feel it because I felt so dizzy, thirsty and tired that time. But I just went straight there so that I can go home on time.

And when the nurse tried to check my Blood Pressure, she was surprised because it was high. It was 140/80, so she let ne relaxed and pause for a few minutes and check my BP again then it went down but it is still under High Blood Pressure.

She then asked me some questions like how am I or if I had some maintainance and how I got it. I then told her that my OB gave me a maintainance for my blood pressure after I gave birth because it elevated and didnt go down for 3 months. Then the nurse told me to visit a doctor to check whether I had to continue my maintainance or change it to a better one. She also told me to drink plenty of water everyday to have a better a blood circulation. She also asked my height and weight and told me to start having my proper diet plus excersice because my weight is not proportional to my height.

So, I made it as my motivation to push through my diet and hopefully from 61kg I will be 58-59kg as what the nurse adviced me.

This is good to have this yearly check up because it will remind us that we had to stay fit at all times.
