PARA SA BATA, PARA SA BAYAN
Good day steemians!
Two weeks ago we had a week seminar while our students having a week rest of all the quizes, assignments and projects.
I already posted here our Day 1 activities.
Day 2, we gather all Math teachers and we experience answering TOFAS. TOFAS is an online activity wherein all the questions are all about Math. Their are four categories. And since I handle grade 10 Math, so I belonb to higher category. The activity is just easy but what made us pressure in answering it is the alloted time. We had to answer fast because we were just given 40 minutes to answer a 50-item question. We had to be in a hurry so that we can finish all the questions from the time given.
Afterwards, we had a short meeting led by our Math Coor. And in the afternoon, we were given time to finish our grades.
And on the 3rd to 5th day, we were mixed to other subjects. In our school we were 100 teachers all in all and we were divided into 2 groups since we were not be accomodated in 1 venue.
The speakers talk so many topics. And what I love most is the HOT-SOLO model of making questions. I already attended a week seminar at the division office about it and when it was diacussed again I still got additional informations about it. The teacher really discussed it well.
All the teachers from other school that belongs to our district gather in our school but we just had different venue. It was done so that when the supervisor and the accreditor will observe the training, it would be easy for them and will not anymore hop from one school to another because we just stayed on one school. And since me and my cousin belong to one district, we just went to school together.
After our last day, we celebrated the success of our seminar by eating in Jollibee. And we went home around 9 pm.

P.S. If you will check my history, I was got hacked and @romanticjay took my 174 steem and tried to powerdown my account. Good thing I notice it a day before it will expire. And as of this moment, I am still collecting more steem so I can powerup and go back to @club5050 after a month.

It is good to know that you and the teachers there continue to learn to improve teaching skills, by regularly carrying out training activities teachers will have many skills in teaching, we hope that students will also be more enthusiastic and smarter, good luck.
