3 days ago,I started a series on how to invest your actions,reactions and energy so that you can build influence and be relevant. For those that have been following me,I have shared 10 principles that will guide you to achieve this and for those that dint follow,I will encourage you to read the previous posts so that you can flow with today's content. Today I would be sharing the last lap,so here we go;
11.The Principle of deliberate analysis of choices and chances

Influence and relevance is not built by accident but by deliberate analysis of choices and utilization of chances. What distinguishes a successful person from an unsuccessful person is the quality of choices and chances they have utilized overtime.

Choices influences our chances,bad choices ruin great chances.

Every choice come with a consequence,so do not be in a hurry to decide on matters that affect your chances in the future and seek wise counsel on very very important issues!

12.The Principle of winning position

To become influential and relevant,your skills-set must be positioned in such a way that it has the potential to do better than others. You cannot cater for everything in the mind of your target audience,but to be relevant in your chosen endeavour,you just have to find the most appealing and influential position to occupy in the mind of your target audience which you can cater for than any other competitor.

13.The Principle of strategic renewal

Influence and relevance can be built by giving an almost irrelevant idea/person a new/revived meaning in people's mind.
Partial withdrawal from a circulation can make you look new,simplication of complex processes can make your skills-set look renewed. Renovating an idea/strategy can make it to look new. To build influence and become relevant, identify which is applicable to you and start working on it.

14.The Principle of higher dimensions

To be influential and relevant,you must consistently and constantly strive to rise beyond the level of your contemporaries.
Albert Einstein noted that we cannot be dominant by being at the same level with our problems. If we are to rephrase his quote in the context of this principle,this is how it will read:our dominance cannot be established in our circle of influence if we choose to remain at the same level with our contemporaries. Thus,those who want to be influential and relevant should operate on higher dimensions and supercede those who operate on lower dimensions!
