Vegan sausage
I do not need to replace meat with vegan products, but since Denis is still eating it, I made this vegan sausage for him)
in fact, a very interesting experience, and to taste it came out almost like meat.

Ingredients
- 250 gr of peas
- 300 ml of water
- salt
- turmeric
- basil
- marjoram
- coriander
- zira
- oregano
- olive oil
- flax flour
- red pepper
- black pepper
- cayenne chile
- garlic
- nutmeg
- beet juice
Preparation
Peas grind in a blender to the state of flour. Pour water and cook over medium heat, with the addition of flax flour. Approximately 20 minutes, and the mass thickens. Remove from heat, add spices, beet juice, beat again with a blender. Put in a container, previously oiled. Pour olive oil, and put it away for two hours in the fridge.
