How to experience the holidays when you are single
Christmas, New Year, family celebrations, sparks, love, television, romantic Christmas movies, and the whole world has come to be in love and more beautiful, and you ... you are alone.
Having no person next to you on holidays can be stressful and a little depressing. On the one hand, the whole family is asked to ask if you are still alone and trying to get married to everyone you meet, and on the other, you are a little bit unhappy that you do not have a special person to hang out at Christmas.
Well, being a single on the holidays is not a pain for dying. It can be a little nervous, but it all depends on the attitude. If you decide to pity yourself, you can not enjoy it. But if you decide to accept the situation and make the most out of it - you will spend some truly unforgettable holidays.
Do not fall into despair - no sense of self-pity at the end of the year. Rather, take a positive account and note the good things that happened to you in 2017.
Do not watch romantic comedies - forbid those bloody movies where everything is wonderful and ... super fake. We all know that the holidays are never so perfect, and love is not so easy.
Come out with friends - collect your best friends and make a Christmas party with overnight sleep. Food, interesting movies, games, little alcohol - you can spend great and without men.
Treat yourself to something - buy a gift from you for you. There is nothing wrong with choosing something more expensive. Shopping therapy remains the best cure.
Learn to love yourself - to be happy with someone else, you first need to learn how to be happy with yourself and what you are. Sometimes we have to stay alone to find out what we want.
