Aura and my thoughts
Aura is a energy field around humans, animals, plants, creatures and substances. We can't see Aura directly but if we practice meditation or by using some techniques we can see it. Aura represents the all characters like health, thoughts. Aura has different colors and depending on the colours we can predict the nature of the humans, some colours represent good qualities, some colours represents bad qualities. Lobsang rampa has written many things about Aura in his book "you forever". Children can see the aura. Everything reflects in aura. Some people have the capacity to read aura by birth but they are very rare. Aura generally spread to some distance outside our body. If we touch trees or others first we touch their aura. Meditation, silence, pure thoughts, peace, truth nonviolence are the best tools to maintain good aura around us.
