Presented by the The Arts Consortium that brings together artists, organizations and art enthusiasts to advocate, promote and provide opportunities to create and celebrate the arts for all Tulare County residents and visitors.
Fun for the family, with live bands and events food and more, oh and plenty of art to be fascinated by.
