Stop Overthinking, Stop the Fear

in #life5 years ago

When things seems unpredictable we tend to overthink. When worries and anxiety comes, our mind tend to think hard of all possible outcome that may happen whether it is negative or positive one. The root cause of our overthinking is fear.

One said that fear is just an illusion of the mind, cause you'll never knows until you experience it. Overthinking just comes second after fear and your lives seems stagnant, procastrinating that holding us to move forward.

Why you move forward is not the result of overthinking, it doesn't gives any insight and just a waste of time. You don't realize that in any life events, one must experience and engage into it so that a clarity of that experience goes deep into your mind and heart. In this clarity, negative or positive as we judge it, we derive our decisions in life that keeps us moving.

It seems as we born, we have an innate desires in life which we would love to experience in this world. This our natural tendency to do what we do in facing important decisions in life, even without thinking. Our deepest desires lead us to our choices and created the unique lives of every human being.

So it is important to listen deep inside, to seek guide in every decisions and life events we experience. When we can manage our fear, we can stop overthinking leading to the life we truly want.

In a practical way, I must say be open in any result, hold on and be confident on the outcome you want to experience, visualize it already, and the most important is stop overthinking, stop the fear... Just Do It!
