My Actifit Report Card: December 27 2019
Syn má prázdniny, já mám prázdniny. Takže hlídám. Dnes bazén. Letňany Lagoon. Šutka je o atrakcích, Letňany o plavání. S sebou si do bazénu bereme nafukovací míč a takový jako molitanový malý míček... Syn to tak nechápe, ale mimo jiné rozcvičujeme jeho prst po zlomenině. A když se honí za míčem, tak ztrácí obavy z vody. Už plave poměrně solidně. 200 metrů bez doteku pevné země dá.
Cestou tam jsem vyvezl sběr do sběrny. Oproti létu klesly výkupní ceny na 50% u papíru a na 80% u železa. Krize klepe na dveře. Tenhle indikátor mám odpozorovaný ze dvou minulých krizí.
Cestou zpět dělám evelký nákup v Kauflandu.
Teda že bych dneska odpočinul, to zas ne.
