I was born in a small, quiet town, where every street tells a story and every face carries a memory. But it is in the simple and unexpected moments that I have found the true meaning of my life. Here are some of these captured moments, which together weave the story of my daily life.

Photo 1: The Old Port of Bizerte

One afternoon, I decide to go to the old port of Bizerte to breathe the sea air and escape the daily tumult. On an old worn bench, I find a cat, nonchalant and soothed under the caresses of a passerby. I sit next to it and time seems to stand still, the waves gently whispering stories of sailors of yesteryear. This quiet moment reminds me that peace is often found in the little breaks in life.

The next day, I take my two sons to the park. Yahya, the eldest, always wears his glasses with studious pride, while Skander, with his red cheeks, laughs out loud at the slightest opportunity. I watch them play, and I promise myself to give them all the joy possible, to protect them, but also to teach them to find their way in this vast and complicated world.

Sometimes I escape at night to walk near the lake. The air is fresh, and the distant lights are reflected like stars fallen from the sky. I reflect on my day, on my dreams, on the laughter of my children. Each step is a meditation, a prayer for a future as bright as this enlightened path.

On the weekend, we go as a family to explore the falls at Oued Mliz. The water rushing with strength and grace reminds me that nature holds unwavering power, a lesson in endurance and resilience. There, among the cries of joy of visitors and the deafening sound of waterfalls, I find a kind of wild symphony that recharges my spirit.

Back in town, I walk through the streets of the capital. Trees line the avenues, providing a green oasis amid the urban architecture. Every building, every passage reminds me of where I come from and where I want to go. In this metropolis, I seek and sometimes find fragments of possible futures, inspirations for the chapters to come.

These photos, although taken in disparate times and places, tell a story of search, discovery and personal connection. It is in the intertwining of these moments that I build myself, step by step, under the benevolent gaze of the stars and the smiles of those I love.
