Dark pinup post processing/retouching Photoshop tutorial!
Greetings, Steemit and @dtube. It’s been a while since I did a photography/post processing tutorial. I’ve been editing new photos for La Femme En Noir and this image of my friend Cindy was the perfect musing for a @dtube instructional Photoshop video. I have a unique approach to my editing techniques, and although they’re not the most efficient, they are different. Different is good.
In this video, I’ll be walking you through my process bringing dark pinup photography and diegetic lighting, in to Photoshop. Patch tool retouching, Portraiture filter application, skin selection, digital painting and finally, curve manipulation to emulate cross processing. A well keep secret I’ve developed to achieve the dark pinup mood and look of my photography.

I'm sure Gimp can do everything in this video, @art-universe. It's all basically stock editing.

You should do these more often! And if not speaking ones, just do a sped up screen recording, I'd watch these all day! And hey, I learned something new that will help me out with my portraits,so thank you darling for the lesson! :)
Yeah, I know @eveuncovered. They're a lot of work to shoot, sync and upload, but I need to just get over it. I'm glad something in that helped. Really try messing with the curves adjustments. That could be so cool on some of your dark, moody photos. Glad you enjoyed it! ❤︎
