HEAVEN #188: La Piola Alba

On my recent trip to Alba in Italy, I could not get a table at the Piazza Duomo the best Restaurant in Alba. The owners of the Piazza Duomo run the La Piola too, so I booked a lunch in the Osteria. Its a fantastic restaurant too!
Only in Alba can you find the WHITE Truffle, no other region offers the this delciasy. So everything I ordered had a lot truffle on it. And you can see they are putting a lot white truffle on the pasta and on the meat.
