Woke up very grumpy
After a few of long days grinding poker and finally getting drunk yesterday I woke up very grumpy today.
I dont know about you, but i have these days , where I am just grumpy and and act like a complete asshole...not even on purpose.
Today was one of these days.
I was just nasty to some dealers..it just happened. Every time i noticed and followed up with guilt tip of at least $5.
I ended up havinng my first decent cash game session of the trip. All other days I have lost, although I did make a final table. So can‘t really complain. Normally this changes my mood quite a bit.
I am still grumpy as FUCK!

Try doing something physically intense (either exercise or ideally a cold shower). It's a great way to force edit your mental/emotional state

I have been lately an asshole aswell.
These warm days in Estonia make me very tired.
We don't usually don't have 25-30 degrees outside. xD
I think these days where you are grumpy is mostly because you are not satisfied with the outcome of your actions. Therefore take your time and reflect on yourself what you have could done better. If you also feel physical exhausted try to do some sport and eat healthy for the rest of the day. Enjoy the sunlight or just go for a relaxing walk and try to surround yourself with calm people...thats what helps me the most!
It happens quite few people who gave a damn care about what is going on outside when you seriously involve with games like this or cards or on horse race.
