Development Progress Continues on Steem-Roller.com

Working on a plethora of new features both on the back end and on the GUI today. While plenty of stuff still has to be implemented and tested before the new v0.7.5 version is ready to push to the live server quite confident that it should be ready by the end of February. If anything changes on that development timeline I'll be sure to inform folks of changes and set backs to this goal. Currently as it sits the live site is up and running with something like 36,600,000 bets been served so far. The picture above is taken from the development server and obviously has far less bets than the live site it was cloned from when I started doing development a bit differently than before. A number of software engineering challenges are being conquered in this upcoming update with one of the biggest being the optimization of the mobile version.

As it sits the site isn't particularly mobile / small screen friendly which likely results in lower amount of active players on the site at any given time. Being a work in progress stuff like this is likely to happen however it is one of the main development goals of the upcoming v0.7.5 patch to introduce far better mobile support.

Lots of GUI changes beyond the mobile version fixes are coming as well, in hopes that the added explanations on the site shown as the classic "information i" as pictured above will help users understand the site and make user retention far greater when they come to check the online alpha testing out.
