In maintaining body fitness and maintaining health, every person has their own way, that is one of the focuses in holding Contest #3 : Show Your Favorite Sports Activities which has ended according to the rules on September 15, 2022 at 00.00 West Indonesian Time. There are five entries entered in this contest according to the posts posted on the Steem For Betterlife Community. And from all that, I as the organizer and the jury have chosen the top three posts for the winners in this contest.
