Another big thing for 3speak - Youtube gets sued by Ripple over giveaway scams there.

The CEO of Ripple have filled a complaint in San Franciscos federal court, Garlinghouse and Ripple accuse YouTube of damaging their brand and reputations and want some financial compensation which we can assume will be millions.

They are aware its not youtube itself doing the scam but they were allowing it for a long enough time so people fall for it and the company loses credibility.

Pretty much this scam is going and was going for some time. Hackers take over some known channels and write there is a giveaway by CEO/etc if you despite coins and they will double or triple them.

It was like that not just with XRP but of course other top coins - BTC, ETH and LTC plus i assume loads of others too.

A recent search of YouTube by Fortune unearthed a handful of videos that appeared to be scams using Garlinghouse's image as a lure.

Ripple‘s CEO, Brad Garlinghouse is pretty much pissed off + this gives Ripple a new marketing and fame to sue Youtube.
