2,5 million USD gets stolen from exchanges Daily ?

Hartej Sawhney a co-founder of blockchain security group claimed that at least 2,5 million worth of cryptos are stolen from exchanges everyday.
He said that often exchanges use fees for that and loads of the hacks were never shared with publicity as they were able to cover the loses and not get bad PR rep.

That must happen to HITBTC, the worst exchange there is in my view! Anyway, if this was true, it would be a huge security breach!
