reparing instead of throwing away
A few years ago I bought a cattle, to boil water
Soon after the first times I used it, the cover broke
At the same time I owned me first printer, so I printed a new one
The print failed somewhere around the middle 😑
Anyway, with a bit of drilling and rethinking it was possible to fix it
And today after quite a while I gather up
to print a knob so that I can lift up the cover easier
Of course it's looking like 💩 but it works fine for years now
Since 3d printing has become popular it is easy to repair things with low cost and without the need to own a big workshop with dozens of tools
I would love the idea of little shops everywhere in the city, where people can bring their broken things and let them repair for a little money instead of throwing them away

Good idea. !BEER Ich kann mir das immer noch nicht vorstellen, wie solch ein Printer funktioniert... ;-)
Am Anfang dachte ich auch es wäre alles unglaublich kompliziert, aber mittlerweile ist die Technik so Bediener freundlich geworden, das praktisch jeder drucken kann 😉
