I think we will see a slight dip in BTC and within a week it will normalize to what it is today. Then you will see near 7000 before Segwitx2 fork in November. by years end it will get crazy over 8000. Then and only then will you see a bunch of naysayers change there view if they haven't already. At least to get in and make money with plans of getting out, but they won't... by March BTC be over 10000 USD.
