Silesian Theatre in Katowice
This interesting building is the Silesian Theatre in the centre of Katowice, Poland. It's right near the city square, on the Warszawska Street.
I took it as a long exposure bracketed shot with Lumix LX15. I put the camera on a piece of a marble stump, a number of which adorns the square for no reason whatsoever.
I merged the exposures in Lightroom and checked if there are enough details in both strong highlights and deep shadows. I guess it's ok. I always shoot RAW anyway, so there's plenty of dynamic range in every shot.
Of course it was a busy evening in Katowice downtown, full of people. But this is the advantage of long exposure. People magically disappear... ;)
