My day started off badly but finished much better 💰💰
So much for getting into my garden today. I forgot i had an appointment to get my eyes tested. I have to get them yearly now with having the Rerina Detachmant and a cataract is forming on my other eye.
Hubby wanted to come with us even though he has been told to rest, he didn't want to stay in so he came along but didn't do any lifting. Half way around the shop he had to go sit in the car as he was exhausted. Thankfully we have my youngest daughter Nichola still living within us or we wouldn't get anything done with me being disabled. I'll have to treat her out once hubby is back on his feet.
My eyes have deteriorated a little so now need new glasses for reading and driving. I chose the glasses i wanted, they are going to text me when they are ready to be picked up, hopefully within 10 working days.
We're managed to get a little shopping in, enough to last until Tuesday. We are all going to have 3 days of resting apart from Nichola doing my roots. Think i have more Grey roots than coloured hair. Hubby will be popping around to the betting shop to put a few bets on the horses. The shop is only a 5 minute walk so isn't to much for him.
My garden will be suffering, i haven't stepped out there since last Thursday. Just hope none of my plants have died on me or i will be upset. I have noticed one of my pots is filled with water. I pulled the old plant out as it had died, now i see why there's no holes (or they are blocked) in the base to let the the water drain. That will need cleaning out with my other plants needing cutting back.
At least the day has finished on something good. I am on my usual bingo site that i play every Friday night, i have won twice with a total at the minute of £95.00.

Glad you will be able to get some rest for a few days, it sounds like a nice relaxing itinerary. The plants have a way of taking care of themselves for a few days, so you are hopefully in good shape there.

I brought all my plants in today. It is supposed to freeze tonight.

Its lovely here today, it's cooler but the sun is out. :)
We are expecting our first frost tonight I've brought in everything that I want to keep going this winter.
Unfortunately i haven't got room indoors so everything will be covered with frost cloth. Its colder here with lots of rain... again
