FIRST WEEK BACK ON PLAN IS SLOW, MOTIVATION IS LOW. TRYING NEW FOODS TO GIVE MYSELF A BOOST.

Back on plan doing a couple of weeks of 800 following the updated book The 800 Fast. This will hopefully give me a kick and get my body losing weight again after being naughty over the Holidays.

I last ate at 9 last night then again today at 3pm that's a 18 hour fast. I started with some -

Protein Pancakes

Olive Oil
1 Egg
1 Banana
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
Blueberries
Raspberries
Strawberries
Pomegranete Seeds
Creme Fraiche/Greek Full Fat Yogurt

Mash banana, add eggs and beat. Add Rolled Oats and stir in, stir in Blueberries. Add oil to frying pan. Add scoop to hot pan then flip when side is cooked. Place on plate cover with fruit with Creme Fraiche, sprinkle Pomegranate Seeds on top.

These are my favourire breakfast at the minute (breakfast at 3pm) they are very tasty, filling and satisfying.

Dinner will be Feta stuffed Mushrooms with Stir Fried Courgette, Spinach, Spring Onions & Peas .

I will finish with a cup of coffee around 8.30, that will be my last for the day until tomorrow. It takes a couple of days to get back into the plan save get over the bad days with your body crashing sugar and carbs. I'll get back to where i was before Christmas with a 50lb loss then onto the next 40lbs.

you will be able to ask for a kids fare when you come over, because you will weigh so little. but then you will need the slave to hold onto you so that you dont blow away.

He will push me over the ship. he knows i can't swim very well :)

Delicious beautiful breakfast definitely something I could do.

It was very tasty, i really enjoyed them :)
