Stuffed Chicken wings for dinner
This is the meal that my dad would always make for me on my birthday. Stuffed chicken wings. It is a Hmong dish usually eaten with sticky rice and some hot peppers dip. The stuffing is very similar to egg roll stuffing and instead of deep frying it, we bake it. As you can see that the skin on the wing is intact and the process of De-boning the wings is very time consuming but it is all worth it.
For tonight we have some steam brown rice and green beans with garlic for the sides.

I am hungry. Looks super yummy ! In fact I was planning to make a similar meal today with fried chicken. My son loves such a meal too. :)
