My version of Tandoori Chicken.
Last night, I tried out a totally new recipe using what methods I had available. Tandoori chicken with an apple yogurt sauce. Using both the oven and stove top method to cook the chicken. I was not able to find any masala and ended up finding a recipe to make my own masala mix. So was it a real masala taste? I dont know, but it did came out good. Along with the meat and apple yogurt sauce, I added some fresh cut veggies instead of a full veggie salad. And here is the result of my experiment.
