How To Make Breakfast Foods - Rice Cake (Lontong)
Hello Stemians, Come back with me, today I want to share how to make a cake, before I give an explanation. rice Lontong is a food made from rice. in Indonesia .... Lontong is usually served on a big day. exactly on this day, last night was my birthday. so my mom made a Lontong to be distributed to orphans and neighbors. cake is usually served with a sauce made from coconut milk and a side dish of meat and vegetables.
Materials needed is not hard to look like, Rice, Coconut milk, tauco and side dishes.
previously soaked rice.
Making process begins by entering into a container of rice Lontong mold. you can all see it as shown below.
The next stage after rice in put in a container, then steamed with a medium fire, steaming it takes about 45 minutes.
after waiting 45 minutes rice cake has also been finished.
but at this stage I forgot to photograph part of making gravy and side dishes manufacture.
But I am photographing the result of my mother's Lontong.
As shown below, the flavor is savory rice cake, in Indonesia it is characteristic breakfast. Besides shared my mother was sold at a price Rp.7000 or in the form of approximately $ 0.5 dollars.
