One of the healthiest veggies is broccoli. It will be healthier when you include additional veggies such as carrots, greenpeas, tomatoes, and capsicum. You might not be aware of all the benefits. Broccoli will help you stay hydrated and improve your cognitive function. It has high levels of calcium, iron, protein, and fibre.

Broccoli Vegetable Curry- Recipe

INGREDIENTS

💚 Potatoes 💚 Broccoli 💚Onion 💚 Salt 💚 Tomatoe 💚 Capsicum 💚 Greenpeas 💚Oil 💚 Turmeric powder 💚 Garlic 💚 Mustard seeds

Step1 :

Peel off greenpeas, clean and wash the carrots and potatoes with water.

Step 2 :

Take an onion, carrots, and potato and chop them into small pieces.

Step 3 :

Take the Broccoli, chop it into small pieces, and wash them with salty water to remove small insects and worms

Step 4 :

Heat a pan on the stove, add some oil and heat it. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and curry leaves and fry them. Then add the chopped onion and fry it.

Step 5 :

Once the onion is well-fried, add the chopped bell peppers, carrots, potatoes, and green peas and fry them well.

Step 5 :

Once they are well cooked, add the chopped broccoli, add salt and turmeric powder, veg masala powder and mix them well.

Step 6 :

Mix all these well, cover, and cook on low flame for five minutes.

After that, put off the flame, open the cover, and mix once. Now the delicious broccoli vegetable curry is ready. Serve hot as a side dish for any meal like rice, chapati, bread, or paratha.
