SPANISH MASS MEDIA TRYING TO CONFUSE US
Reports leaked out about a supposed Neymar move from Paris Saint-Germain to Real Madrid, but the PSG defender has refuted this claim. The Brazilian has reportedly hit out at the Spanish media outlets for running such stories without any iota of proof or truth.
His teammate, Marquinhos has claimed that this false news was the handiwork of the Spanish press. He claims that that the Brazilian has found a home in the French capital and has no qualms about facing Real Madrid in the round of 16 matches of the Champions League come February.
Neymar da Silva Santos Junior – popularly called Neymar or Neymar Jr. – recently became the world’s most expensive football player when he left Barcelona to PSG back in August 2017 in a sensational move with a record €222 million brought into play.
But the Spanish media houses have consistently released reports that linked the Brazilian to a move to Real Madrid.
PSG has had a strong lead this season, thanks to the 24 Ligue 1 goals that Neymar scored to keep the French team at the top position on the table.
He has also assisted an additional 16 strikes in 23 games since he landed at the French club. But there have been clashes with Edinson Cavani, his strike partner over penalty responsibilities.
Marquinhos surmised that the false news about Neymar’s move to the Spanish club was a ploy to bother the French club before their clash next month, according to Canal+ ahead of the trip to second-place Lyon on Sunday.
He believes that the Spanish club has had the chance to see Neymar’s top-notch performance at PSG and aim to create confusion in his head.
According to Marquinhos, the PSG defender is happy and good. He has already made a lot of friends, and he has all the encouragement and love he needs to keep him at the top of his game at all times.
Therefore, there is no way or any truth in the news that Neymar would be leaving France for the Santiago Bernabeu in the summer of 2018. That is entirely untrue, baseless, and false.
Many people believe that Neymar would be an astute replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo, despite the fact that he had represented their rivals, FC Barcelona.
Julien Laurens, French football expert also opined that the 25-year-old Brazilian would, sooner or later, land in Real Madrid. He stated that Neymar – along with Kylian Mbappe – will at some point, end up on Los Blancos. But he was very sure that Neymar would not leave Paris Saint-Germain until next summer of 2019.

I am a seasonal fan of Brazil football team. Seasonal means only during World Cup. I don't keep a tab for club football. But I saw the news about his transfer from Barcelona to PSG via a hardcore fan of Neymar who is my FB friend.
He is a great player, no doubt. But if he can't bring world cup for Brazil, you will be just a club footballer, just like Messi.

We have heard of this rumor, so thanks so much for clearing this up and glad that he is loving his new team. But we wouldn't be surprised if he does end up in Real Madrid sooner or later.
