Pililia Windfarm is another tourist spot added in the Province of Rizal. Not only that, this windmill can harness a lot of energy using the wind in a friendly and environmental manner. Windmill is a mill that converts the energy of wind into rotational energy by means of vanes called sails or blade. Centuries ago, windmills usually were used to mill grain (gristmills), pump water (windpumps), or both. Almost 2 hours drive from Antipolo Rizal to Windmill. I was so happy and I saw the beauty of Windmill and Beauty of the environment here. I love this place. It so hot at that time but very strong wind in that area, I love it so much. The windmill is located in Humble Barangay of halayhayin in Pililia Rizal, Philippines. When we talk about windmills you would definitely of traveling far to Bangui, Ilocos Norte. Well, good news to those who don't have the chance to travel that far because of Pililia Rizal offers the same experience up close with these big turbines. A must visit the side trip in Rizal where you get to see an array of an alternative source of energy in their wind farm for free with a nice overlooking view of Laguna de Bay. The Price of souvenir is P100 ($1.87) to P200 ($3.75) depending on its size. The souvenir in this area is very nice and colorful. I love it so much this place. It is very worth it for us to go to the windmill. Super Wonderful place.
