Strange Error Showing Up in Account Registration Tool

I've got a email from a user who is trying to use the tool:

Error is: 'data too long for column 'addr' at row 1'
I have never seen this error - and from the screenshot provided, I can see he is actually using the Chinese version:

Part of the Chinese were translated into Korean. And it is done on the mobile phone.

I did one more test and do not see this error - it would be great to get the further error message but I guess it would be difficult as the browser on smart phones do not have a F12 - console screen.
