Showing the jussi_num in Node Status Tool

The RPC Node shows a field jussi_num when you send a GET request with no other parameters:

This looks like a block number - which may be related to caching but I might be wrong about it.

I think it is cool to show this data in the Node Status page.

The only Load Balancer RPC Node of Steem https://steem.justyy.workers.dev will steal the jussi_num from other RPC node that is chosen to serve the request.

It is interesting to see that we have so many different jussi_num!
