How to Create Your Introduction Gadget on Github Homepage?

There is a less known feature of the github account where you can custom your github account page a little bit, see this: https://github.com/doctorlai

As you can see, at the github account page, you can have a section to introduce yourself. This is enabled by simply Creating a Repository which is your account ID. and place the Markdown text in the root named README.md
