Explaining VPN to the kids
My boys want to watch Youtube in China, but unfortunately that is not possible due to GFW (Great Firewall). I prepared a VPN for them, and then explained the concept of VPN (Virtual Private Network), aka the network tunnelling.
I may not explain well, but will let ChatGPT do its job, see below comment sections.
I created two VMs on Vultr. Each instance costs $7 Per month (single core, 1GB RAM, 2TB).
And it seems it is more than enough, the network bandwidth consumption is well under limits/control.
