皆さん、こんにちは。
今日は朝から病院で定期検査に行ってきました。
先週が台風直撃だったので、他の患者さんもいっぱい来院されていてとても混雑していました。
私は特に重い病気では無く、何かしらのアレルギーなので蕁麻疹を抑える薬だけ貰いに行ってきました。
Hello everyone.
I went to the hospital this morning for a routine checkup.
Since last week was a direct hit by a typhoon, the hospital was very crowded with many other patients.
I am not suffering from any serious illness, and I am allergic to something, so I only went to get medicine to suppress my urticaria.

病院の後は散髪に向かいました。
散髪のオプションでメンソールを使った、ヘッドスパがあったので注文しました。
気温も少し下がってきていたのでメンソールを付けた頭が風でスースーして気持ち良かったです。
After the hospital, I headed for a haircut.
I ordered a menthol head massage as an option for the haircut.
The temperature was dropping a bit, so the menthol on my head felt nice and refreshing in the breeze.

散髪後はランチに向かおうとしたのですが、少し時間が早かったせいかお店が開店していなかったため。
毎日行っているMove to EarnのSTEPNとFIT MINTで30分ほど、時間を潰していました。
歩いていると9月末ごろに咲く、彼岸花がちらほら咲いていました。
Move to Earnのおかげで、周りの花や風景を意識するようになりました。
After the haircut, I tried to head to lunch, but the restaurant was not open because it was a little early.
I spent about 30 minutes killing time at STEPN and FIT MINT in Move to Earn, which I visit every day.
As I walked around, I saw a few higanbana flowers here and there, which bloom around the end of September.
Thanks to Move to Earn, I became more aware of the flowers and scenery around me.

散歩して、時間を潰した後はランチを頂きました。
久しぶりの焼肉ランチです。
薬味のネギがとても美味しかったです。
After taking a walk and killing some time, we had lunch.
It has been a long time since I had a yakiniku lunch.
The green onions as condiments were very tasty.

明日は運転免許証を更新しに行ってきます。
Tomorrow I am going to renew my driver's license.
