I made a Vegan Chocolate Cake
It's my love's birthday and I made a chocolate cake. super fast and easy to make + following foodgasm.
You can even eat it raw because their are no eggs or flour in it.
1. What I used:
► 30g Canned Coconut Milk - I used the fatty top layer ;)
► 1 Tea Spoon Cinnamon
► Pinch Vanilla Powder
► 300g Almond Milk
► 150g Oats
► 300g Dates
► 15g Baking Powder
► 150g Almond Flakes
► 30g Baking Cacao
2. Procedure:
Blend the dates and the oats and mix everything in a bowl while preheating your oven to 220° Celsius.
Bake for 40 minutes
3. Enjoy!
Annotation:
We put peanut butter on top - yummy!
Best wishes!
Jumowa

Mouthwatering @jumowa! Such a shame that I'm fasting right now and cannot try the recipe!
So we motivate each other both ways. I definetly could use a fasting period
You said it doesn't need to be baked - but will it taste good?
I don't have access to almond milk, and dates are pretty expensive. What about soy milk and raisins?
you may use whatever you like.
So, have you tried it without baking?
i did! What a mess but yummy
Also, is the almond milk sweetened? I note the absence of a sweetener in your recipe.
milk not sweetened. the dates to all the sweetening
looks good, but Im totally not a vegan in any way! tried it for 3 years and it sucked so much planning! but kudos to you for doing what you do, if I had a girl to make me delicious looking vegan desserts id totally eat the shit outta them! but sadly I dont
Just imagine it's chocolate cake without labeling it vegan. tastes like candy anyway, if there is an egg inside or not
i like eggs... alot, but i guess you dont necesarrily taste them in a cake
@jumowa that looks tempting ..specially cause its vegan!
May I suggest that you take pics of the process and show us too.
Thank you and yes :)... but it's really not much to do - you buy the ingridients, mix them and bake them. I'll look into adding more pictures when I cook something more complex
