STEEM continues to grind higher

As Bitcoin marches higher, it's pulling STEEM up with it

In terms of USD, STEEM continues to grind higher.

As I type it is trading for a little under $.23 in terms of USD.

It's basically mostly just holding ground in terms of BTC, but with BTC going up, it's is making STEEM go up as well in terms of USD.

Either way though, it looks like STEEM is setting up to breakout.

The price action is rather surprising considering all the drama surrounding STEEM the past few weeks but it's hanging in there never the less.

It just needs a catalyst and it looks like it is ready to surge.

What do you see?

Stay informed my friends.

Lol a 5 minute chart mini dip?! That's a daily chart posted above. I'm not sure how, but the price has managed to drift higher and hang out in the .21-.22 range despite much of the community leaving. I have a guess who is supporting the price, but the price action has been surprising never the less. A supported seem price is a welcome surprise to many still waiting on power downs.

Very surprising. Splinterlands leaves soon and with it most of the transactions, I have no clue who would want to by STEEM right now.

I am also surprised the price of Steem has held so strong with all the drama. I do wonder if part of this is because it is impossible to deposit Steem on most exchanges. I also wonder if the price will hold strong over the next month, since the power down time has been shortened. When the HIVE fork first happened, I was certain the Steem price would begin to drop. Now I am uncertain what will happen with Steem.

I think there is someone supporting the price of steem. What their ultimate plan is remains to be seen, but there does appear to be strong support despite much of the community leaving. Which has been surprising.
